Casey Cane holds the position of Construction and Real-Estate Development Manager at Moffitt Cancer Center, Located in Tampa FL. He acquired a dual degree in Business and Public Administration from the esteemed University of New Hampshire, completed the ECP graduate program at Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, with a focus on Business Strategies, and is currently finishing a Masters degree at the University of Florida, Warrington, Hough Graduate School of Business. Casey has been a Real-estate and Construction development executive for over 15 years, holding numerous professional licenses, certifications, and designations such as a Florida Class A unlimited General Contractors License, a Real-Estate License, and an Inspectors License; demonstrating his experience and expertise covering all facets of the industry. His extensive background as a Vice President of Construction and Real-estate Development for a multi-national, equity development firm has enabled him to leverage his expert knowledge to serve various project types in the Commercial, Healthcare, and Governmental arenas. In his current position, he is responsible for the management and oversite of the initial phases of Moffitt Cancer Center's vast 775-acre SPEROS, FL development in Pasco County, FL, which encompasses a staggering 16 million square feet of planned innovation and economic incubator space at the epicenter of one of the fastest growing communities in the United States. His specialization in the commercial and healthcare real-estate development markets, have enabled local partnerships to hit the ground running on a project that overshadows the footprint of the neighboring and world-renowned, Downtown, Tampa. As a Florida Native, Casey highly recommends the Tampa Bay area due to their renowned beaches, professional sports teams, fairgrounds, prestigious universities, and abundant sunshine. He believes that this region encompasses everything one could desire, making it a convenient and enjoyable place to live, work and play. What he finds most fulfilling about his work in real estate, is the ability to create spaces that have a positive and lasting impact on the surrounding community and all those that live here.
