If you are looking for a realtor that really wants to sell your home and not just "list it" Nikki is the one! Nikki went above and beyond what Any Agent would do. When we decided to "hire" a realtor to sell our home, there was some things that we requested for her to do that some agents would have agreed to BUT Would Not Have Honored Our Request. When listing the property with Nikki, we had asked that she be present at all showings as we were not comfortable with having just anyone come in our house at their leisure. We were on an extended visit with our families back east when we decided to "list our property" Our home was, to say the least, not "staged for showings" but is like we live. We enjoy our lives treasures and live with them, but to have strangers come into our home and the thought of them "fingering" was totally out of the question. Nikki assured us that she would always be there or an appointed person that we knew at all showings. Nikki had even placed a large professional sign in front of an antique to "not sit on or touch" She is a true "professional."
