Tamithy Howrigan is a seasoned real estate broker at RE/MAX North Professionals in Saint Albans, Vermont. With a career starting in administrative support, she quickly advanced to office management and transaction coordination, eventually earning her real estate license in 2017. By 2020, Tamithy had established her own team, specializing in residential real estate for buyers, sellers, and investors. Her services include free consultations, professional staging, photography, and videography for sellers. An accredited buyer's representative and a member of Tom Ferry's coaching program, Tamithy is dedicated to helping clients make informed financial decisions, viewing each home purchase as an opportunity to positively impact their lives.

A proud native of Vermont with strong ties to Canada, Tamithy is deeply rooted in her community. She holds significant roles such as TV host of The American Dream, a board member for the Franklin County Regional Chamber of Commerce, and an active St. Albans Rotarian. Her involvement in these positions underscores her commitment to community engagement and leadership. Her background in various real estate roles has equipped her with profound industry insights, enabling her to foster strong client relationships and effectively serve their needs.

Beyond her professional achievements, Tamithy finds joy in spending quality time with her family.
