C. Ruxton Bobbitt Jr. is a dedicated realtor with Coldwell Banker Advantage in Henderson, North Carolina. A native of Henderson, Ruxton graduated from Campbell University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He began his career in banking with NCNB Bank in Greensboro before returning to his hometown to pursue a career in real estate. In 1988, he earned his North Carolina Salesman’s License, followed by his Broker’s License after additional training and two years of sales experience. Ruxton has served as Broker in Charge at John M. Foster Real Estate and later focused on developing residential subdivisions while managing John Foster Homes, a family business specializing in manufactured and modular homes.

In 2016, Ruxton transitioned to working as a buyer's agent through Bobbitt Real Estate Services, bringing his extensive experience in both traditional and development real estate to the role. His recent move to Coldwell Banker Advantage marks an exciting new chapter in his career, where he is eager to leverage the full-service capabilities of the agency. Active in his community, Ruxton serves on the City of Henderson and Vance County Board of Adjustments and is a member of the Henderson Vance Economic Development Commission.

Ruxton is a long-standing member of First Baptist Church Henderson and is deeply rooted in his community. He and his wife, Karen Foster Bobbitt, have been married for 32 years and are proud parents of three daughters, Madison, Clara, and Margaret.
