Sylvia brings a wealth of expertise from her tenure as a Property Manager overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial and multi-family properties, as well as her role as a Leasing Professional managing a 25-property portfolio with over 3,000 apartment homes in the vibrant Austin market. She holds the designation of Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist (TACS), a Master’s degree in Law from Texas State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from St. Edward’s University.
