Brielle Browne is a licensed real estate professional in Massachusetts and Connecticut, currently serving as a Global Real Estate Advisor with William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty in Avon, Connecticut. With certifications in real estate finance, commercial development, and as an Accredited Buyer Representative, Brielle brings a deep knowledge of both residential and commercial real estate markets. Her expertise spans luxury properties, new construction, commercial transactions, and asset management, supported by a background in IT and project management that sharpens her strategic approach.

Certified as an SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource), Brielle works closely with investors on both sides of real estate transactions, including REO property rehabs and distressed assets. Her strong foundation in real estate finance enhances negotiations with banking institutions and expedites deal closures. Additionally, her credentials as a certified paralegal, Ski and Golf Property Specialist, and Certified Global Real Estate Advisor contribute to her wide-ranging skill set and ability to manage complex transactions with clarity and precision.

Brielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Master of Science in Communications and Information Management Systems. She also earned a professional certificate in Commercial Real Estate Development from Boston University. As a former Vice President of the Suffield Chamber of Commerce and long-time community advocate, she brings a service-minded approach to every client interaction—committed to providing thoughtful, results-driven guidance throughout each step of the real estate journey.

Outside of real estate, Brielle enjoys adventuring with her husband and their two golden retrievers—often hiking in Vermont or skiing around the world. A longtime ski trip and white-water rafting instructor, she finds joy in the outdoors and staying active year-round.
