Alicia was born and raised on the Peninsula and has been a resident of Mountain View since 1994 where she raised her two daughters. She attended both Cupertino and Palo Alto schools before receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from Cal Poly Pomona in 1989 with a major of Management and Human Resources. Alicia, coming from a real estate family, began her real estate career in 1991 working at Seville Properties in Los Altos. She partnered with her mother Alice for 15 years successfully assisting buyers and seller’s before deciding in 2006 to enter the management side of the business. For two years she managed Coldwell Banker’s top producing Los Altos office overseeing more than 100 agents. Early in her career Alicia became very involved in her professional trade organizations (Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS® and California Association of REALTORS®). She has held many leadership roles within these organizations. President of her local association in 2002, Professional Standards Chair at both her local and State associations and was awarded Real Estate Agent of the Year by her local association. Today she is an active and respected member of the Professional Standards committee, serves on the forms committee and is the Treasurer for their for profit corporation PRDS. In 2008 Alicia and Alice partnered with the owners of Christie's International Real Estate Sereno to open their Los Altos office. Christie's Sereno is a group of dedicated, experienced, top performing producers in the local real estate market. Alicia took the role as VP Regional Risk Manager providing Christie's - Sereno® with a variety of management tools and services to reduce risk of claim and loss. Alicia and Alice decided to partner once again in selling residential real estate in 2013 as Team Nuzzo. They are once again enjoying much success in listing and selling homes on the Peninsula.
