Alison Garduño is an accomplished Assistant Property Manager with Colliers International in San Diego, California. Since joining the firm in 2019 as a Property Administrator, she has contributed to the management of nearly one million square feet of government, industrial, medical, office, and retail space across Southern California. She holds an Associate Degree from MiraCosta College and a REMS Certificate from Colliers University.

With over eight years of experience in commercial property management, Alison offers a strong foundation in lease administration, financial reporting, property accounting, contract oversight, construction coordination, and building operations. She is known for her ability to prioritize complex tasks, support seamless day-to-day operations, and uphold high standards of service for both tenants and property owners.
