Alivia Boddie is a mindful realtor who specializes in residential real estate, helping home buyers and people interested in investment properties, first time homes and creating generational wealth. When Alivia is not doing real estate, she's actively a blog writer at www.prosperitylink.org, where she speaks about Real Estate Trends in Minnesota and how to help close the racial wealth gap and create a prosperous legacy. She is also passionate about her nonprofit efforts regarding economic empowerment through her work with a local non-profit focusing on economic development for BIPOC Entrepreneurs, and sitting on the board of directors for the Minnesota Alliance for Volunteer Advancement. She is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and using a mindful approach to her endeavors. In addition, she is raising a family and writing a memoir on her own journey to personal excellence. Alivia went to the University of Wisconsin Stout and the University of St. Thomas, obtaining her BS in Applied Social Sciences and Minor in Psychology. Alivia also has obtained a certification through Harvard Business School in Leadership Principles. Alivia's core values include those of mindfulness, compassion, kindness and respect. In addition, she has a strong love of learning and is continuously educating herself in the industries that she is most involved in. Alivia understands the importance of making a huge financial decision and wants all of her clients to know they are respected and valued. Recently, Alivia was awarded the Pathway to Achievement scholarship from the Minnesota Association of Realtors due to her ambitious outlook on her real estate business.
