Since joining Transtar in 2011, Allan has played a key role in overseeing Southern California industrial assets, including the management and leasing of the La Habra Business Center, a 178,000-square-foot multi-tenant industrial park in North Orange County. Through his proactive management style and commitment to exceptional service, he has maintained occupancy rates above 95% while successfully completing more than 1,000 lease transactions.
