Andrew “Drew” Ingram is a Transactions Coordinator at Mohr Partners, Inc., based in the firm's Dallas office where he is a key member of Stephen Hemphill’s brokerage team. Specializing in tenant representation, Drew supports national portfolio clients by managing transactions and delivering strategic planning and site selection services across a variety of industries.

Before moving into his current role, Drew served as a Senior Transaction Analyst at Mohr Partners. In that capacity, he was instrumental in conducting market research, performing site selection analysis, and preparing detailed market studies for clients within the firm’s Global Corporate Services (GCS) portfolio. He was also appointed as the Research Department lead for several corporate healthcare accounts, offering dedicated market insight and centralized coordination.

Drew began his career in commercial real estate following an internship at Foothills Roof Services, Inc., a Denver-based subsidiary of Amtech Solutions. There, he worked closely with engineers to produce market data analysis and monitor project execution across various construction sites. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management, with a minor in Communication Studies, from the University of Northern Colorado’s Monfort College of Business in 2020.
