Ann spent much of her first career in the corporate world as an assisted living community director in Massachusetts. Seeking a new and fulfilling endeavor to continue her passion for helping people, she earned her real estate licenses in Massachusetts and New Hampshire before relocating to Florida, where she is building her real estate business in the Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg areas.

She specializes in residential real estate, representing buyers, sellers, and investors, with a particular focus on assisting seniors in their transitions—whether downsizing, moving into assisted living, or aging in place. Ann is dedicated to providing one-on-one attention to her clients, educating them throughout the process, and demonstrating patience and empathy during their transitions.
