April Y. Hall is the Founder and CEO of WPB Media Networks, a digital marketing firm in Owings Mills, MD. Alongside her role in media, April has built an accomplished career in transportation and property management. She has served as a Real Estate Specialist with the District Department of Transportation for more than 20 years, ensuring compliance on complex projects within the public right of way. More recently, she became a Right of Way Manager with STV, where she manages project oversight and title-related responsibilities, further strengthening her expertise in land use and property rights.

April is now preparing to expand into the title industry as she works toward becoming a Title Agent.
