He also gained hands-on exposure to residential construction while working with A&R Fesser Holmes, a respected custom home builder. Additionally, he holds an academic background in sustainable design engineering, giving him a trained eye for craftsmanship, efficiency, and structural quality.

Together with his wife, Beau co-leads the McCue Crew, delivering a collaborative, client-focused approach to real estate.
