With certifications in real estate finance, commercial development, and as an Accredited Buyer Representative, Brielle brings a deep knowledge of both residential and commercial real estate markets. Her expertise spans luxury properties, new construction, commercial transactions, and asset management, supported by a background in IT and project management that sharpens her strategic approach.

Certified as an SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource), Brielle works closely with investors on both sides of real estate transactions, including REO property rehabs and distressed assets. Her strong foundation in real estate finance enhances negotiations with banking institutions and expedites deal closures.
