Originally from Bridgewater, New Jersey, Brittany moved to Lancaster County during high school and quickly fell in love with the area. After earning her degree in Social Work from Millersville University, she considered pursuing a master’s degree or a full-time job, but real estate unexpectedly entered her life. Brittany realized that, like social work, real estate was a path that allowed her to help others, guiding clients through both exciting and emotional transitions. This passion for service remains at the heart of her work.

As the owner of Life Changes Realty Group, Brittany leads a client-focused team with her business partner, Beth Ann Bradshaw, known as "The 2 B's." Together, they emphasize communication, education, and community involvement. Their "Pay It Forward" program allows agents to donate 10% of their commission to a non-profit of the client's choice, underscoring their commitment to giving back.
