Candace Davidson is a Broker Associate who works with JPAR® South Florida Living in the Tampa Bay area. Originally from the Memphis, Tennessee area, she made the decision to relocate to stunning St. Pete Beach, Florida. Candace holds licenses in both Tennessee and Florida, allowing her to continue working in both markets. In Tennessee, she works for JPAR Music City. Candace has earned several designations, including SFR, GRI, PSA, ABR, AHWD, SNP, and LRS. She pursued her education at the University of Memphis, where she earned her BBA Degree with a major in Management. She dedicated approximately 12 years of her career to property management, working with several exceptional companies. Following that, she transitioned to the role of Online Sales Coordinator at the local newspaper, The Commercial Appeal/Scripps Howard, where she spent around 11 years. During her time there, she found great satisfaction in various aspects of her position, such as training Sales Executives in digital advertising, overseeing the digital portion of the annual Memphis Most campaign, managing digital campaigns for the Memphis Grizzlies, collaborating with the Executive team on the annual digital budget, and more. It was an incredible experience that equipped her with the necessary skills to become a Social Media Manager. In this capacity, she assists others in the real estate industry by managing their social media accounts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Threads. Candace is highly active in social media, recognizing its immense value in the real estate field. Her clients consistently regard her as the epitome of professionalism in the industry. Candace's current and most fulfilling career is as a Broker Associate in Florida and an Affiliate Broker in Tennessee. Her background in property management and digital media serves as a strong foundation for her real estate endeavors. Candace is a firm believer in the importance of continuing education and strives to expand her knowledge base for the benefit of her clients' families. She genuinely adores her job and wouldn't trade it for anything. Assisting her clients' families with one of the most significant transactions of their lives is incredibly rewarding for her.
