Charles “Chuck” Swingle is a Property Manager with JCS Properties in Cincinnati, Ohio, bringing a lifelong background in real estate and a strong command of commercial property operations. Raised in a family involved in property ownership and management, he joined JCS Properties in 2019 to support the company founded in 2004. He manages a multi-tenant commercial office property with full responsibility for leasing strategy, tenant relations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and long-term asset condition.
