Charmaine Mitchell is an Assistant Property Manager with LandPark Advisors, L.L.C. in Houston, TX, where she brings years of experience and dedication to property management. With a strong background in tenant relations, account management, and administrative duties, Charmaine has honed her skills during her tenure at Avison Young, where she worked in property administration. She is currently pursuing her CPM certification with IREM and has recently earned her ACOM certification, further demonstrating her commitment to professional growth. Charmaine is also working toward obtaining her real estate license and plans to complete her CMH certification by March 2025.

Before transitioning into property management, Charmaine worked as a registered nurse, providing her with a unique ability to manage people with care and attention to detail. She is nearing her 5-year remission milestone after overcoming breast cancer, an experience that has only strengthened her determination and drive in all aspects of her life.
