Chelsea Wall is the Director of Commercial Sales and Leasing at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties – Commercial Division, based in Park City, Utah. She brings a diverse background in finance, title, and real estate to her role, having previously served as a Senior Loan Officer at Mountain America Credit Union and later working in the title industry. Chelsea transitioned into commercial real estate in 2019 when she joined Newmark, where she played key roles as a team manager and as the lead Revenue Coordinator overseeing operations across Utah, Nevada, and Idaho.

Since shifting her focus fully to brokerage, Chelsea has contributed to more than 150 transactions totaling over \$100 million across various property types, including industrial, multi-family, office, and retail. Her experience includes representing both landlords and tenants, as well as buyers and sellers, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the commercial market. She is known for her strategic problem-solving, detailed coordination, and strong communication skills that help ensure smooth transactions from initial consultation to closing.

Chelsea currently works alongside a seasoned team under the mentorship of industry leaders Jill Snyder and Todd McLachlan. She continues to grow her expertise and industry credentials and is actively pursuing the prestigious CCIM designation. Her role is grounded in client advocacy and a results-driven approach tailored to the unique needs of each commercial transaction.
