As the co-founder of @TheCOve, a thriving coworking space for entrepreneurs and small business owners in North Idaho, Cari is committed to fostering community, hosting events, and providing opportunities for local growth. She has a successful history of coaching real estate entrepreneurs, having helped over 500 professionals during the pandemic and significantly impacted the growth of numerous real estate businesses. In 2021, Business Insider recognized her as one of the most innovative business coaches in the country.

Chris’s journey in real estate began in 2013, and a few years later he founded True North Property Experts, starting with just one agent and growing the team to 20. While he no longer leads that team, he is grateful for the opportunity to have served as its leader and proud of the growth and success it achieved. Moving forward, Chris and Cari are focused on real estate sales and expanding business opportunities at a high level.
