Christine Belin is a Real Estate Broker with Evernest, LLC, serving buyers, sellers, and investors across the Denver Metro area and the Front Range. She holds an active Colorado real estate license and earned Managing Broker status in 2022, continuing to practice at the Associate level. With more than two decades of customer service experience and a background in marketing, Christine is recognized for her industry knowledge, client-focused approach, and ability to guide clients through every stage of a transaction.

Her real estate career began in 2014, where she gained early experience with residential sales before moving into property management with Echo Summit, a company managing over 1,000 single-family homes and condos throughout Colorado. There, she expanded her expertise in real estate investing, business development, and property management while continuing to assist clients with home purchases and sales. When Evernest acquired Echo Summit in 2019, Christine continued as a consultant and independent contractor, providing training, property inspections, and management support for a large portfolio of privately owned properties.

Today, Christine represents Evernest’s brokerage clients as an investor-friendly agent, helping both first-time buyers and experienced investors make informed real estate decisions. Whether guiding individuals through the purchase of their first home or advising investors on profitable strategies, she adapts to each client’s goals while delivering trusted guidance and education throughout the process.
