Cindy Lanier is a distinguished real estate broker with PureWest Real Estate in Lakeside, Montana. Recently honored as Montana State Realtor of the Year, Cindy is celebrated for her dedication to excellence and client satisfaction.

Cindy's journey in real estate began in Missoula, Montana, in March 1976. In May 1989, she and her husband relocated to the Flathead Valley. Since then, Cindy has helped over 2,000 families with their real estate needs, a testament to her professionalism, hard work, and commitment to education. Her extensive credentials include GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource).

Cindy is a certified instructor for the Montana Board of Realty Regulations and has taught numerous courses for local boards of Realtors, the Graduate Realtor Institute, and State Realtors Associations in Alaska, Vermont, Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. Her leadership roles have been extensive, including serving as President of both her local board of Realtors and the Montana State Association of Realtors, Regional Vice President of the National Association of Realtors, and chairing numerous committees at local, state, and national levels.

Cindy attributes her success to her motto, "If there's a will, there's a way," and consistently goes the extra mile for her clients. She believes in the American Dream of home ownership and is passionate about making it a reality for her clients.
