Colette Kabasakalian is a seasoned Real Estate Broker Associate with William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty, based in Ridgefield, Connecticut. With a career spanning over two decades, Colette brings extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate. Licensed in both Connecticut and New York, she serves clients across Fairfield County, CT—including Ridgefield, Redding, Wilton, and Weston—as well as Westchester and Putnam Counties in New York.

She began her real estate career in 1998 after earning her salesperson license in New York, followed by her broker’s license in 2000. Since then, Colette has maintained a strong presence in the New York market while expanding into Connecticut in 2007. Her expertise includes residential sales, rentals, and commercial transactions. She also gained valuable international experience overseeing the acquisition and management of vacation homes in the Caribbean and Europe for a private investor.
