Corey Sandberg is the Vice President of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors in Denver, Colorado, where he has been an integral part of the team since 2015. With a B.S. in Business from the University of Idaho, Corey brings over two decades of real estate experience to his role. Specializing in commercial real estate, he has facilitated over $250 million in transactions and has a deep understanding of the value of real estate investments, having built his own portfolio of properties. Corey’s mission is to assist clients in maximizing their real estate potential, providing expert guidance from negotiations through to contract execution.

Corey’s passion for real estate began at a young age, growing up in a family business focused on construction and housing development in Arizona. By the age of 16, he was already running his own business in landscape design and construction. His entrepreneurial spirit continued when he joined the Army as an Airborne Infantryman, where he served for five years, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. After completing his service, Corey moved to Colorado and began focusing on real estate, drawn to the long-term benefits of property ownership and investment.
