Debi Harman is a dedicated realtor with RE/MAX Alliance Group in Venice, Florida, where she has made a significant impact since moving to the area eight years ago. With over 40 years of business experience at 3M Company, Debi brings a wealth of expertise in crisis management, new business development, sales, marketing, and communications. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from National American University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and an MBA in New Business Development and Entrepreneurship from Bethel University Graduating 4.0. Debi is also a certified Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist, specializing in new home sales and construction.

In addition to her professional achievements, Debi is an active volunteer. She has dedicated over a decade to the Children’s Hospital Association of Minnesota and is a proud member of Team8/Climb 4 Kidney Cancer Non-Profit at the University of Minnesota, contributing her skills in development, communications, and relationship building. Locally, she is involved with 100+ Women Who Care, raising funds for those in need, particularly children. Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Debi enjoys playing golf, embroidery, reading and spending time with her husband and two beloved puppies, Tate and Gabi.
