She began her real estate career 38 years ago in Texas, practicing in Dallas and Austin, before moving to Alabama to build a successful real estate business. She later relocated to California, where she expanded her expertise as a home builder, general contractor, and mortgage professional.

Returning to Alabama, Debra spent seven years working with a national builder specializing in new construction before retiring to travel with her husband and eventually settling in their permanent home in Florida.
