As a retired U.S. Army leader with more than 20 years of military service and extensive experience in senior-level systems engineering and project management within the defense industry, Derrick brings exceptional leadership, integrity, and analytical expertise to every transaction. Throughout his career, he managed multimillion-dollar programs, led cross-functional teams, and implemented process improvements that enhanced operational performance. These experiences have shaped his disciplined approach to negotiation, problem-solving, and client advocacy—qualities that consistently benefit those he represents.

Derrick holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix, graduating with honors and earning membership in the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society for Business.

Beyond his real estate practice, Derrick is deeply committed to giving back to the community. He currently serves as a Director for the Tucson REALTORS® Charitable Foundation, where he works alongside fellow real estate professionals to support charitable initiatives that strengthen communities and improve the lives of Southern Arizona families.
