In 2018, Doug became the Broker for the office and, with his wife Debbie, purchased the business in 2020. Doug holds a business degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Eastern New Mexico University and continues to enhance his knowledge through annual continuing education courses with Texas A&M Commerce and United Country.
