Drew Fristoe is a realtor who works with Coldwell Banker Elite in Fredericksburg, VA. Originally from Fredericksburg, VA, he completed his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration at the University of Mary Washington in 2006. As a first-generation real estate professional, Fristoe obtained his license in 2008 and has since been actively involved in his state and local associations, as well as the National Association. In 2016, he received the prestigious Realtor of the Year award from the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors. Since 2018, he has served as the Chair of the NAR YPN Advisory Committee, a position he has held since joining the committee in 2014. In 2012, he played a pivotal role in founding the Fredericksburg Area Association YPN and served as its chair. Additionally, he co-founded the Virginia Association of REALTORS® YPN in 2015 and served as its chair. Fristoe has been an active member of the Virginia Association of REALTORS® Information Management Committee since 2012 and the RPAC FBI Committee since 2015. With a wealth of experience, he has been a Director of the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors since 2015 and is currently serving as the 2018 President-Elect. In 2011 and 2012, he also held the position of Chair for the Fredericksburg REALTOR® Foundation.
