Duane Sells serves as the Operations Director and Team Leader at Keller Williams Team Sells Realty, based in Atlanta, Georgia, where he serves clients throughout Atlanta and the surrounding areas. He began his real estate career at the age of 17 in building, advancing to development by age 25, and later working with Georgia’s largest builder, where he oversaw the development of more than 600 homes annually. Through this extensive experience, Duane has developed exceptional knowledge in residential and commercial real estate development, investments, and sales.

As an investor himself, Duane brings firsthand insight from both sides of the industry, allowing him to effectively guide clients in achieving their goals across residential and commercial markets. He specializes in developing residential subdivisions and commercial real estate projects, including land acquisition and build-to-spec initiatives. His residential work includes 55+ communities, spec homes, and custom homes, supported by strong relationships with leading developers throughout the state. He is also passionate about helping clients protect their most significant investments, offering support in farm purchases and repurposing, including options such as 1031 exchanges and downsizing strategies.

Duane’s leadership and industry involvement extend beyond his day-to-day work. He served for two years as Georgia’s director for the National Home Builders Association and has been a consistent member of the Million Dollar Club, earning numerous accolades throughout his career.
