Flo Sayre is a dedicated real estate agent who works with Land and Wildlife LLC in Pasco, WA. With a genuine passion for assisting buyers and sellers throughout their transactions, Flo is committed to representing their best interests from negotiations to contract execution. Holding an active real estate license in the state of WA, Flo brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. As one of the few Accredited Land Consultants (ALC) practicing in Eastern Washington, Flo's expertise is highly sought after. Growing up as a fourth generation farmer in SE Washington, Flo's family has a rich history in the area. Her great grandparents were pioneers who settled in Pasco in 1884, long before Washington became a state. This deep connection to the land gives Flo a unique perspective and allows her to help clients identify their ideal properties, understand their needs and goals, and provide expert counsel throughout the process. Flo's ability to accurately assess properties is a testament to her extensive experience and knowledge. Flo's true passion lies in helping people realize their dreams. Whether it's working with kids and their 4-H & FFA projects, mentoring youth, serving as a legislative 'key contact' in the real estate industry, or meeting the needs and goals of buyers and sellers, Flo is dedicated to finding out what her clients and customers truly want and helping them achieve their goals and dreams. Her motto is simple yet powerful: "I live the lifestyle I sell." In her career, Flo handles both the listing and sale sides of agricultural sales. Her expertise in this niche market sets her apart from other realtors. Additionally, she is about to launch her own course to educate agents on properly serving their clients. Driven and determined, Flo has always chosen her own path and worked hard to achieve her success. She is not one to waste time watching TV; instead, she is a doer, always taking action to make things happen. Growing up on a farm before acquiring her own, Flo understands the value of hard work and perseverance. Flo is proud to live in the town she was born and raised in. It is a testament to her deep roots in the community and her commitment to serving the people around her. In terms of her professional qualifications, Flo holds several certifications and designations. She is a Realtor, Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), member of the Realtors Land Institute (RLI), has Trans-National Referral Certification (TRC), and is a Certified Residential Investment Specialist (CRIS). Flo's dedication and expertise have not gone unnoticed. She has received numerous awards and accolades throughout her career. In 2013, she was honored as Washington's Land Broker of the Year by RLI and Tri-Cities Realtor of Achievement. She has also received the President's Silver Eagle Award in 2012, 2013, 2015, and 2017, as well as the President's Golden Eagle Award in 2018 and 2019. In 2017, she was recognized as the Land Realtor of America and was named one of the Top 50 Commercial Realtors in America in both 2018 and 2022. Flo's commitment to community service was acknowledged with the TCAR Community Service Award in 2020. Most recently, she received the National RLI 'Robert C Meeks' Distinguished Service Award in 2021. Outside of her professional life, Flo is devoted to her family. She and her late husband have a blended family of four children, eight grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Taking care of her 97-year-old blind mother is a responsibility she takes on with love and dedication. Despite her family being spread around the US, with some serving in the military, Flo maintains strong connections with them. When she has free time, Flo indulges in her hobbies. She is an avid collector of cast iron implement seats, with a collection of over 700 seats from around the world. Flo is a member of the Cast Iron Seat Collectors Association and served on their board of directors for ten years. Additionally, she is a skilled quilter and has completed over 75 quilts since 2015. Her passion for quilting extends to sharing her creations with others. She donates a full quilt every year to the RLI "Cowboy Auction," which benefits the Land Education Foundation. Flo's generosity extends to her other quilts as well, as she often gives them as gifts or donates them for fundraisers. In her travels around the US in her motorhome, Flo enjoys visiting friends, family, and fellow hobbyists she has met along the way. She is also an accomplished wood turner, creating items from various types of wood. Her favorite wood to work with is 'FOG' wood, which stands for "found on the ground." Visitors to Flo's home are often treated to a handmade item she has crafted. Fishing is another hobby that brings Flo joy, and she is always ready for an adventure on the water. Her favorite fish to catch are walleye, Alaskan salmon, and halibut. Overall, Flo Sayre's dedication, expertise, and passion make her an exceptional real estate agent. Her commitment to her clients, community, and family is evident in everything she does.
