After serving in the Navy from 1974 to 2004, Frank began his career as a part-time agent at PSH. Following his retirement, he transitioned to real estate full-time. Frank is an alumnus of South Philadelphia High School. He is presently a licensed broker in NC and a real estate agent in VA.
