Before entering real estate, Gayla earned master’s degrees in School Counseling and Educational Leadership. Her transition into real estate was inspired by a pivotal conversation with her late father, who encouraged her to pursue what truly brought her fulfillment. Shortly after, she left a career in education and began her real estate journey with Coldwell Banker Select before moving on to gain additional experience with a brokerage in Blanchard.
