Greg Maloof is a licensed Home Inspector with Home Inspection Association, Incorporated, serving clients throughout eastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire. Based in Methuen, Greg brings more than two decades of hands-on inspection experience and a lifelong connection to the real estate and construction industries. The inspection company was founded by his grandfather, and Greg was exposed to residential property evaluation from an early age, later formally entering the profession through apprenticeship and licensing.

Greg began apprenticing in home inspection in the early 2000s, primarily working on residential properties in and around Boston. He earned his Associate Inspector credentials in 2007 and became a fully licensed Home Inspector in 2008. In parallel, he built a strong technical foundation as a licensed electrician, completing years of fieldwork that included electrical service installations, system upgrades, fire alarm systems, and low-voltage controls in both residential and large multi-unit buildings. This dual background allows him to evaluate homes with a practical, systems-based perspective.

Since transitioning to home inspection full time in 2013, Greg has focused on delivering thorough, clear, and objective evaluations of residential properties. His inspections cover structural components, roofing and exterior elements, and all major systems including plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning. Known for his straightforward communication style, Greg emphasizes educating clients about the condition and function of a home, providing both on-site explanations and detailed written reports so buyers can move forward with confidence and a clear understanding of their investment.
