Heather Rainer is a Broker Associate with Skybridge Real Estate and holds an active Oklahoma real estate license. She brings more than two decades of experience representing buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners in residential and commercial transactions. Her work focuses on guiding clients through negotiations and contract execution with a detail-oriented and strategic approach.

Heather began her real estate career in 1997 while attending the University of Oklahoma, when she purchased her first rental property and began building a real estate portfolio. She later opened and operated her own property management company, overseeing both residential and commercial properties. Over the years, her experience has expanded to include home building, design management, multi-family and commercial property management, and transactions involving retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties. She has overseen property management portfolios exceeding one million square feet and has worked with investors on large-scale projects nationwide.

In 2017, Heather obtained her broker’s license and continues to represent clients throughout Oklahoma in both residential and commercial real estate. She is active with the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® and serves on its Commercial Real Estate Committee. Heather is known for her professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to manage complex transactions across a wide range of property types.
