James “Jim” Gaze is an Associate Real Estate Broker with RE/MAX Plus in Rochester, New York, serving clients with professionalism and integrity across the Greater Rochester area. With more than four decades of experience, Jim has developed extensive expertise in guiding buyers and sellers through every stage of their real estate transactions, from negotiation to contract execution. He holds an active real estate license in New York and is affiliated with both the Greater Rochester Association of REALTORS® (GRAR) and the New York State Association of REALTORS® (NYSAR).

Throughout his distinguished career, Jim has earned numerous industry recognitions, including the GRAR Salesmaster Award for fifteen consecutive years, induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, and the title of REALTOR® Emeritus in 2017. He has also been recognized among the Top 100 RE/MAX agents in New York for three years. A former Broker/Owner of Gaze Tech Realty for 25 years, Jim has also served as a certified FHA appraiser for 15 years and a New York State Certified Instructor.
