Jamie M. Richardson is a seasoned real estate professional with more than two decades of experience in new home construction, sales, and client experience. She currently serves as Client Experience Manager at Schaefer Homes, LLC, where she oversees all new-build listings and guides buyers through the design and decision-making process with clarity and confidence. Known for her strong customer focus, Jamie plays a key role in ensuring each client’s journey from contract to closing is seamless and rewarding.

Jamie’s career began after relocating to Maryland from Pennsylvania in 1994, where she initially entered the new home industry part-time before quickly advancing into full-time roles. Over the years, she has sold communities for large-scale builders and managed sales teams across Central and Southern Maryland, as well as Virginia. A former educator, she is also certified to train new agents in new home sales, combining deep industry knowledge with a talent for mentorship and leadership.
