Jennifer Elgin, a lifelong resident of Anderson, SC, has established deep roots in her community. Together with her husband Greg, they reside in Belton and are proud parents to two wonderful children, Austin and Hailey. When she's not busy with her family, Jennifer indulges in wreath making and crafting. She cherishes quality time spent with loved ones at the lake and enthusiastically supports her favorite football team, the Tigers (GO TIGERS!!). Jennifer and her family are actively involved in Newspring Church, where they find joy in serving both within the church and in the wider community. Jennifer's educational journey began at Crescent High School, where she obtained her diploma. She furthered her education and earned an associate's degree in computer science. Throughout her extensive career in sales and management, spanning over two decades, Jennifer's meticulous attention to detail and exceptional communication skills have been instrumental in her success. Jennifer's passion for real estate was ignited during her tenure as a leasing agent at an apartment complex. In 2007, she obtained her realtor's license and is now licensed in both South Carolina and Georgia. As a member of the Western Upstate Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, Jennifer remains committed to staying informed and up to date within her field. Additionally, she has acquired several certifications, including the Short Sale and Foreclosure Accreditation (SFR), VA Loan Specialist Certification, Residential Construction Certification, and New Home Sales Specialist Certification.
