Jenny Magana is a highly successful Real Estate Agent with Posh Properties of California. She graduated from Bakersfield College with a degree in Business Administration and Management and was later accepted into the leadership academy for the Bakersfield Association of Realtors. As a certified Short Sale Specialist, Jenny is also a member of the National Association of Realtors. In recognition of her hard work, Jenny has been awarded numerous accolades, including 2015 Agent of the Year, 2016 Diamond Club for 6 Million Dollars in Production, Miramar Chairman's Circle 2012, Top Producer for December 2012, Top Producer for October 2012, Keller Williams Gold Medal Sales, Producer of the Year 2013 and Top Producing Team. Jenny is an active member of the local community, teaching ethics to new agents at the association and serving as director of the California Association of Realtors. In addition, she is the past president of the Women's Council of Realtors and chair of the Young Professionals Network. Jenny is also an Ambassador for the Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce. When asked about her success, Jenny attributes it to her genuine love for her job. She enjoys helping people find their dream homes every day, and finds it especially rewarding when she assists first-time home buyers. Although there is a lot of hard work involved, Jenny says it is all worth it when she hands over the keys to their new home.
