Jessi Ayoub is a Director of Commercial Real Estate with Lieberman Earley & Company in Wayne, Pennsylvania, and a Business Partner at Janiec Associates, where she provides comprehensive services to clients looking to invest, acquire, sell, or lease commercial properties. Since entering the industry in 2018, she has built a strong track record representing both tenants and property owners across a wide range of asset types, including office, retail, industrial, land, and mixed-use properties. As a third-generation real estate professional, Jessi brings both industry heritage and a forward-thinking, client-focused approach to every transaction.

Prior to joining the family business, Jessi worked as a Management Consultant at Vanguard, where she developed expertise in project management, client relations, and strategic communications. She continues to apply this experience in her real estate practice, offering thoughtful guidance and data-driven insights. In addition to brokerage services, she actively manages a portfolio of investment properties, providing her with valuable perspective on ownership, operations, and long-term asset performance.

Jessi is deeply involved in the PA/NJ/DE CCIM Chapter, currently serving as President after previously holding leadership roles as President-Elect and Director of Public Relations. She is affiliated with the CCIM Institute, a globally recognized organization known for its advanced training in commercial real estate analysis and investment strategy. Jessi earned her degree in public relations from Penn State University, along with minors in business administration and Spanish, and remains actively engaged in professional and community initiatives.
