Jonathan Rundlett is the managing broker of Exit Prosperity Realty, as well as the owner of Prosperity Mortgage and Prosperity Property Management, all based in Annapolis, Maryland, serving clients throughout Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia. He began his real estate career on the mortgage side in 2005, and following the mortgage crash, strategically obtained his real estate license to expand his ability to serve clients. During this period, Jonathan was also a real estate investor and operated his own brokerage.

In 2019, Jonathan acquired Exit Realty, becoming the head broker for Maryland, Washington, D.C., West Virginia, Delaware, and Virginia. Currently, he is dedicating his efforts to his new ventures—Exit Prosperity Realty, Prosperity Mortgage, and Prosperity Property Management—creating a comprehensive, one-stop solution for residential and commercial real estate needs. Representing buyers, sellers, and investors, he offers extensive expertise in guiding clients through the mortgage process and identifying available programs or grants, particularly for first-time homebuyers, including zero-down loans and renovation financing for investors. His property management services further support investors and other clients.

Jonathan has served on the Professional Standards Committee of the Maryland Association of Realtors for the past four years, focusing on ethics and compliance. Recently, he was selected as the exclusive television host for American Dream TV’s Capital Living, showcasing the lifestyle and culture of the DMV area, which premieres in March 2026. He has also been recognized as a top producer in Bethesda Magazine and honored as Investor of the Year by the DC RIAA, reflecting his resilient and entrepreneurial mindset and his ability to consistently deliver exceptional value to clients.
