He began his real estate career in the 1980s and spent 33 years as an educator in the Shanksville-Stoney Creek School District. Now retired from teaching, he is fully dedicated to real estate, leveraging over 12 years of experience as a certified residential appraiser to provide clear, unbiased guidance to clients.

Deeply connected to his community, JP serves on the board of Somerset’s Historical Society and participates in local events and educational initiatives, including programs related to Flight 93.
