Kasheem Jones is the Owner and Senior Property Manager of Landlord Management New York, L.L.C., a full-service real estate firm based in Brooklyn, New York. With more than 20 years of industry experience, he leads the management of over 800 residential units across 70 buildings. Kasheem specializes in residential, co-op, and condominium property management, including landlord representation, rent-stabilized housing, and luxury condo leasing. His extensive knowledge and hands-on leadership have positioned Landlord Management as a key player in Brooklyn’s dynamic housing market.

A Brooklyn native, Kasheem began his professional journey in the United States Army as a communications specialist before transitioning into the IT sector, where he held positions at major financial institutions including Merrill Lynch, Citibank, and Standard & Poor’s. After returning to his hometown, he shifted his focus to real estate, gaining early recognition as an agent working with buyers, sellers, renters, and investors throughout the borough.

Since joining Landlord Management in 2011 to expand its rentals and property management divisions, Kasheem has played an integral role in the firm’s evolution into an independent brokerage. Under his leadership, the company has grown to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties, including commercial buildings, co-ops, condominiums, and brownstones across New York City.
