Katie Neumann is the Director of Builder Sales & Strategy at The Builder Collaborative, bringing nearly two decades of experience in new home construction, real estate sales, and builder leadership. She began her career in 2007 and spent more than a decade with one of Missouri’s largest homebuilders, closing over 1,000 new construction homes. Her success in the field led her into executive leadership roles, including Director of Sales for a respected regional builder, where she helped drive sales growth of more than 40% through the implementation of scalable policies, processes, and performance systems. Her background also includes advanced leadership training with a national homebuilder following an acquisition.

Having built her entire career in the St. Louis market, Katie offers deep regional expertise and long-standing industry relationships, along with a strong understanding of union builders, market dynamics, and operational risk. She later joined a multi-generation, family-owned builder with more than 125 years of history, further expanding her insight into sustainable growth, legacy operations, and long-term risk management within residential construction.

In her current role, Katie partners with small to mid-size builders nationwide to help them scale with the sophistication of a national operation. She advises on risk mitigation, insurance-backed warranties, contract alignment, and business strategy, while also consulting on sales team recruitment, training, and performance, and as a licensed real estate agent affiliated with BC Realty, she supports select builders with market home listings and pricing strategy when needed.
