Before entering the industry, she spent 18 years in passenger service with American Airlines, where she developed the ability to navigate complex situations with professionalism and care.

Kay has also operated her own fitness business from home, an experience that further honed her skills in relationship building, problem solving, and one-on-one client support. Having personally experienced more than 20 relocations, she offers a unique understanding and empathy for clients undergoing major transitions—especially those moving into or out of the area. Her communication style and responsiveness help create a smooth and informed experience for both buyers and sellers.
