Keith Keltner, currently residing in Wadsworth, Ohio, has been happily married for seven years and is the proud father of an amazing daughter. After seven years as the college pastor for Grace Church Bath Campus, Keith's encounter with Troy Gerspacher in 2019 sparked his passion for commercial real estate. In pursuit of his new career path, he obtained his real estate license through Hondros College and joined Gerspacher Real Estate. Since then, Keith has achieved remarkable success, completing over 100 transactions with a total value exceeding $34,000,000.
