Kelley A. Hannon is the Executive Director of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) Boston Chapter No. 4, a global organization with more than 20,000 members and 90 chapters worldwide. For over 26 years, she has led the chapter’s educational mission, supporting property managers and real estate professionals through training, ethics programs, and continuing education focused on leasing, marketing, risk management, and evolving legislative requirements.

In addition to her leadership with IREM®, Kelley is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts and owner of WK Hannon Realty Advisors. She began her career in the 1980s, earning her sales license before later obtaining her broker’s license in the 1990s. Over the years, she has represented both buyers and sellers, guiding transactions from negotiations through closing with a focus on client needs and strong market knowledge.

Earlier in her career, Kelley worked with Jack Conway & Company on Boston’s South Shore, later founding Custom Home Realty in Quincy before transitioning into her current role at IREM®. While her primary focus today is advancing education in real estate management, she continues to practice brokerage independently, bringing decades of experience, area expertise, and trusted advisory skills to every client she serves.
