Kelvin Xuna is the Founder and Real Estate Development Consultant of Logical Real Estate, LLC, based in Los Angeles, CA. With a mission to assist buyers and sellers throughout their transactions, he focuses on representing their best interests from negotiations to contract execution. Logical Real Estate is actively seeking residential, commercial, and industrial properties in key markets including Los Angeles, Denver, Miami, and Puerto Rico.

A highly decorated United States Army Veteran, Kelvin graduated from Harvard University in 2008 with a Master’s degree in Housing and Urbanization, concentrating on Finance and Project Management of Prefabricated Construction. His innovative approach incorporates new urbanism concepts, particularly Co-living Housing, which he believes represents the future of multi-family living. Kelvin's journey in real estate began long before the recent trends in tiny homes; he was studying ergonomic and functional design principles as early as 2005 while pursuing his architectural degree at the University of Colorado at Boulder.

In addition to his real estate ventures, Kelvin has operated his property management business since 2008 and is passionate about providing housing opportunities for artists in the film and music industries. Originally from Puerto Rico, he plans to expand his business to Hollywood, Florida, further broadening his impact in the real estate market.
