With a professional background that began in Illinois as a licensed realtor, Kerrie transitioned to Florida in 2004, continuing to build her expertise in real estate database management, title research, document processing, and real estate owned (REO) transactions. Her strong command of industry platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite and Qualia allows her to manage complex files and support seamless collaboration across Baxter Title’s statewide offices in Largo, St. Petersburg, Palm Harbor, and Beverly Hills.
